This delicious hot fall beverage has no added sugar thanks to Splenda® Stevia. It’s rich, creamy and sweet! Perfection in a mug.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 tbsp stevia (Splenda Stevia)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp stevia (for whipped cream)

Instructions

  1. Add milk, pumpkin and stevia to a medium saucepan on medium heat. Whisk to combine. Heat for approximately 7 minutes until hot, but do not boil. Remove from heat.
  2. To make the whipped cream topping, beat together with an electric mixer whipping cream and stevia until fluffy.
  3. Whisk in the pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and coffee into the saucepan mixture.
  4. Divide mixture between 4 mugs. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Serve with a cinnamon stick if desired.

Notes

Use canned pumpkin and not pumpkin pie filling.
