Given that over 40% of Canada is ocean, protecting these vital marine ecosystems is not just an environmental imperative but a significant part of the nation’s identity and future. Loblaws stores boast an impressive array of over 130 fresh, frozen, and canned MSC-certified seafood products. Whether you’re at the fish counter, browsing the frozen food aisles, or simply looking for canned goods, you’ll find these responsibly sourced options. As I mentioned, their visibility was excellent; I spotted the blue labels almost immediately upon entering the store, making for an efficient and rewarding shopping trip.
Crafting the Perfect Seafood Caesar Salad: A Step-by-Step Guide
The next day was dedicated to bringing my Seafood Caesar Salad vision to life. For this recipe, I proudly used three distinct MSC-certified seafood products, each contributing its unique flavor and texture to the final dish. 2 Salmon fillets
cooked and then roughly chopped -
1 cup shrimp
cooked -
1 cup crab meat
roughly chopped - 1 tbsp capers
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup bacon bits

- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Toss together salmon, shrimp and crab meat in a large bowl. Season with salt & pepper.

Add in romaine lettuce, capers, Parmesan cheese and bacon bits.
