  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, barbecue sauce, eggs, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until combined, being careful not to overmix. Pack into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan, pressing firmly.
