How to Make the Ultimate Twix Cheesecake: Step-by-Step Guide
Creating this show-stopping Twix Cheesecake is a rewarding process that yields truly spectacular results. Follow these detailed steps to ensure a perfectly baked, incredibly creamy, and crack-free dessert that will impress everyone.
Part 1: The Flavorful Graham Cracker Crust
- Step One: Prepare Your Oven and Water Bath. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). While the oven heats, place a large roasting pan or another oven-safe, deep pan in the lower section of your oven. This pan will be used for the crucial hot water bath, an essential technique for creating a gentle, moist, and even baking environment for your cheesecake, which helps prevent cracks and ensures a silky-smooth texture. Fill this larger pan with enough hot water to reach approximately 1-2 inches (2.5-5 cm) up the sides of your cheesecake springform pan, which will be placed inside it later.
- Step Two: Create the Graham Cracker Crumbs. In a food processor, pulse the graham crackers until they are finely ground into uniform crumbs. If you don’t have a food processor, you can easily place them in a sturdy zip-top bag and crush them thoroughly with a rolling pin or the bottom of a heavy glass. Once finely crushed, transfer these crumbs into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Step Three: Combine Crust Ingredients. To the graham cracker crumbs in the bowl, add the granulated sugar and the melted unsalted butter. Mix these ingredients thoroughly using a spoon or your hands until the crumbs are uniformly moistened and resemble wet sand. This ensures a cohesive, buttery, and flavorful crust that holds its shape beautifully.
- Step Four: Form the Crust in the Pan. Pour the prepared crumb mixture into your chosen 9-inch springform pan. Using the back of a spoon, a flat-bottomed glass, or your fingertips, firmly and evenly press the mixture into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the pan. The goal is to achieve a consistent, compact layer to ensure even baking and a sturdy base that will support your creamy cheesecake filling.
- Step Five: Partially Bake the Crust. Place the springform pan with the formed crust into the preheated oven (it does not go into the water bath at this stage) and bake for 10 minutes. This initial bake helps to set the crust, making it less crumbly and enhancing its rich, buttery flavor. Once baked, carefully remove the pan from the oven and allow the crust to cool completely on a wire rack while you prepare the cheesecake filling.

Part 2: The Velvety Twix Cheesecake Filling
- Step Six: Prepare Your Springform Pan for the Water Bath. Once the crust is completely cooled, meticulously wrap the outside of your springform pan with four layers of 18-inch heavy-duty aluminum foil. This multi-layered wrap is critically important to create a robust, watertight barrier, ensuring no water from the hot water bath seeps into the cheesecake during its delicate baking process.
- Step Seven: Begin Mixing the Cheesecake Batter. In a large mixing bowl, combine one 8 oz (250g) package of softened cream cheese, ⅓ cup of granulated sugar, and the cornstarch. Using an electric mixer on low speed, beat these ingredients until they are perfectly creamy and smooth. It’s important to stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl frequently to ensure everything is well incorporated and no lumps remain. Repeat this process in stages, adding the remaining cream cheese packages and sugar gradually, ensuring each addition is fully blended before the next. This gradual approach helps prevent overmixing the batter.
- Step Eight: Incorporate Flavorings and Eggs. Increase the mixer speed to medium and beat in the pure vanilla extract until it is just combined into the batter. Next, add the large eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition until just incorporated. It’s crucial to be careful not to overbeat the batter once the eggs are added, as incorporating too much air can contribute to cracks forming in the finished cheesecake. The filling should look light and creamy, almost like fluffy clouds.
- Step Nine: Gently Fold in Cream and Caramel. Gently mix in the room-temperature heavy cream until it is just blended into the batter. Finally, carefully fold in the high-quality caramel sauce. Be cautious not to over-mix at this stage; a few gentle folds are sufficient to distribute the caramel beautifully throughout the filling, creating pockets of rich flavor.
- Step Ten: Pour Batter and Prepare for Baking. Gently scrape the creamy cheesecake batter into the cooled, foil-wrapped crust in the springform pan. Carefully place the cheesecake pan into the large shallow pan already containing hot water in your oven. The hot water should come approximately halfway (1-2 inches) up the side of the springform pan.
- Step Eleven: Bake to Perfection. Bake the cheesecake for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. The cheesecake is done when the top is a very light golden brown and the center barely jiggles when you gently shake the pan. The edges should appear set and slightly puffed. Overbaking is a common cause of cracks, so trust the “jiggle test.”
- Step Twelve: Gradual Cooling for Crack-Free Results. Once baked, carefully remove the cheesecake from the water bath and transfer it to a wire rack. Gently remove the aluminum foil from the sides of the springform pan. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely at room temperature for at least 2 hours. This gradual cooling process is vital for preventing cracks from forming on the surface of your beautiful cheesecake.

Part 3: Luscious Chocolate Ganache and Final Assembly
- Step Thirteen: Prepare the Silky Chocolate Ganache. Set a medium heat-safe bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (ensure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the hot water, creating a double boiler effect). Alternatively, you can use a dedicated double boiler. Place the heavy cream and semisweet chocolate chips in the bowl. Stir frequently with a rubber spatula or whisk until the chocolate has completely melted and the ganache is smooth, glossy, and fully combined. Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract for added depth of flavor. Set the ganache aside to cool and thicken for about 60-90 minutes at room temperature. The ganache should be cooled but still fluid enough to pour and spread evenly over the cheesecake without running off the sides.

- Step Fourteen: Top with Ganache and Chill Thoroughly. Once the cheesecake has cooled completely and the ganache has thickened to a perfect pourable/spreadable consistency, gently pour the chocolate ganache over the top of the cheesecake, spreading it evenly with an offset spatula to cover the entire surface. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for several hours, or ideally, overnight. This crucial extended chilling period allows the cheesecake to set fully, firm up, and allows all the flavors to meld together, making it much easier to unmold and slice cleanly.
- Step Fifteen: Garnish and Serve with Panache. When you’re ready to unveil and serve your masterpiece, carefully release and remove the sides of the springform pan. If desired, artfully arrange chopped Twix bars (fun-sized or regular) on top of the chocolate ganache for an extra visual and textural delight. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce for an added touch of elegance and intensified flavor. Cut into neat, precise slices using a hot knife (see tips below) and serve this irresistible Twix Cheesecake, perhaps with an additional swirl of caramel sauce or a dollop of whipped cream on each plate.

- Large Roasting Pan (critical for the water bath method)
- Food Processor (simplifies crushing graham crackers to a fine consistency)
- Large Mixing Bowl (essential for preparing the cheesecake batter)
- 9-inch Springform Cake Pan (indispensable for easy unmolding of the cheesecake)
- Heavy-Duty Aluminum Foil (for securely wrapping the springform pan to prevent water leakage)
- Electric Hand Mixer or Stand Mixer (for creaming ingredients smoothly)
- Wire Rack (for cooling the cheesecake evenly after baking)
- Rubber Spatula (perfect for scraping bowls and gently folding ingredients)
- Measuring Cups and Spoons (for accurate ingredient quantities)
Perfect Pairings: What to Serve with Your Twix Cheesecake
While this amazing Twix Cheesecake stands gloriously on its own as a dessert, it can also be the perfect grand finale to a delightful meal. Its richness makes it a wonderful counterpoint to savory main dishes. Here are some main course suggestions that would beautifully precede this rich and satisfying treat:
- Zesty Shrimp Flatbread
- Crisp Ramen Noodle Salad
- Hearty Chicken Tortilla Soup
- Flavorful Easy Mustard Chicken
- A light, refreshing green salad with a citrus vinaigrette dressing to cleanse the palate.
- Grilled salmon or baked chicken breast for a balanced yet satisfying meal.
- A simple pasta dish with a light tomato sauce.
Creative Twix Cheesecake Variations and Smart Substitutions
One of the true joys of baking is the ability to customize recipes to your personal liking or to suit specific dietary needs. This Twix Cheesecake recipe is wonderfully adaptable, allowing for numerous delicious variations and practical substitutions that can make it uniquely yours:
- Alternative Cookie Crusts: While the graham cracker crust is a timeless classic, don’t hesitate to explore other cookie options for a unique twist. Crushed Oreo cookies (especially the Golden Oreos for a vanilla base), chocolate sandwich cookies, ginger snaps, or even plain chocolate wafer cookies can create a distinct flavor and texture profile for your crust. Simply use the same quantity of crushed cookies as graham cracker crumbs.
- Extra Chocolate Drizzles: For the ultimate chocolate indulgence, in addition to the luscious chocolate ganache topping, you can add an artistic drizzle of melted white chocolate or a contrasting dark chocolate over the finished cheesecake. This not only enhances the visual appeal but also adds an extra layer of cocoa richness and complexity.
- Nutty Crunch Addition: Introduce an appealing textural contrast and an extra layer of flavor by sprinkling finely chopped nuts over the chocolate ganache. Almonds, pecans, or peanuts are excellent choices that wonderfully complement the caramel and chocolate. For an even deeper, richer flavor, lightly toast the nuts in a dry pan or oven before adding them. You could also incorporate them directly into the crust mixture.
- Salted Caramel Perfection: Elevate the already delicious caramel flavor by incorporating a small pinch of flaky sea salt into the caramel sauce before folding it into the cheesecake batter, or sprinkle it lightly over the finished ganache and caramel drizzle just before serving. The delightful combination of sweet and salty flavors creates an incredibly sophisticated contrast that will tantalize your taste buds.
- Integrated Twix Bar Goodness: Rather than just using fun-sized Twix bars as a decorative topping, try chopping regular-sized Twix bars into smaller pieces and gently folding them directly into the cheesecake batter just before pouring it into the crust. This ensures delightful, chewy-crisp chunks of Twix are distributed throughout every single bite of the entire dessert, maximizing the Twix experience.
- Elegant Caramel Swirl Effect: For a visually stunning presentation, instead of fully folding the caramel sauce into the cheesecake batter, create an elegant caramel swirl. Pour about half of the plain cheesecake batter into the crust, then drizzle a generous amount of caramel sauce over it. Add the remaining batter, and then drizzle more caramel on top. Use a toothpick or a skewer to gently swirl the caramel into the batter, creating beautiful marbled patterns that are as appealing to the eye as they are to the palate.
- Vegan or Dairy-Free Adaptations: To cater to dietary preferences, it’s entirely possible to create a delicious vegan or dairy-free version of this decadent cheesecake. Substitute traditional cream cheese with a high-quality dairy-free cream cheese alternative (such as those made from cashews or coconut). Use a plant-based heavy cream substitute or full-fat coconut cream, and swap dairy butter for vegan butter in the crust. Always double-check that all other ingredients, including chocolate chips and caramel sauce, are certified vegan or dairy-free to ensure full compliance.

Storage Instructions for Your Twix Cheesecake
While it’s unlikely you’ll have much leftover of this irresistible Twix Cheesecake, proper storage is key to maintaining its freshness and exquisite taste. Once your cheesecake has fully chilled and set, which is crucial for stability, cover it tightly with plastic wrap directly over the surface to prevent air exposure. Alternatively, you can transfer individual slices to an airtight container. Store the cheesecake in the refrigerator for optimal freshness and quality for 4-5 days. For the best flavor and texture, allow slices to come to room temperature for about 15-20 minutes before serving, as this enhances the creaminess and brings out the full depth of flavors.
Can I Freeze Twix Cheesecake?
Absolutely! This Twix Cheesecake freezes beautifully, making it an excellent make-ahead dessert option for future events or a convenient way to enjoy a slice whenever a craving strikes. For the best results and to prevent freezer burn, ensure the cheesecake is completely chilled and firm. Then, wrap it securely first in a layer of plastic wrap, followed by a layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil. You can freeze the cheesecake (whole or in individual slices) for 2-3 months in an airtight freezer bag or container. When you’re ready to enjoy it, simply thaw the cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight. This gradual thawing helps preserve its creamy texture and prevent condensation.
Pro Tips and Tricks for a Flawless Twix Cheesecake
Achieving a bakery-quality, picture-perfect cheesecake at home is easier than you think with these expert tips and tricks. Pay attention to these details, and your Twix Cheesecake will be a showstopper:
- Crucial Room Temperature Ingredients: This is arguably the most important tip for any cheesecake! Ensure that your cream cheese, eggs, and heavy cream are all at perfect room temperature before you begin mixing the batter. Room temperature ingredients blend much more smoothly and uniformly, resulting in a velvety, lump-free cheesecake filling. Cold ingredients can lead to overmixing as you try to combine them, which in turn can lead to a dense texture and cracking.
- The Magic of a Water Bath: Don’t skip the water bath (bain-marie)! Baking your cheesecake in a hot water bath provides gentle, consistent heat around the entire pan. This slow, even cooking is the secret to a creamy, custardy texture and is instrumental in preventing those dreaded cracks on the surface. Make sure to wrap your springform pan meticulously with several layers of heavy-duty aluminum foil to create a robust, watertight seal and prevent any water from seeping into the crust or filling.
- Precision in Baking Time: Ovens can vary significantly, so while the recipe provides an estimated baking time, keep a watchful eye on your cheesecake during baking. The key indicator of doneness is a top that is light golden brown and a center that barely jiggles when you gently nudge the pan. The edges should appear set and slightly puffed. Avoid overbaking at all costs, as this is a primary cause of cracks and can result in a dry, crumbly texture.
- Gradual Cooling and Thorough Chilling: Patience is a virtue in cheesecake making, especially during the cooling phase. After baking, allow the cheesecake to cool gradually at room temperature for at least two hours before transferring it to the refrigerator. Rapid temperature changes can shock the cheesecake’s delicate structure and cause cracks. Once cooled, a minimum of 5 hours (or, ideally, overnight) in the refrigerator is absolutely essential for the cheesecake to firm up properly, develop its full complex flavor, and become perfectly easy to slice.
- Perfect Ganache Consistency: When preparing your chocolate ganache, aim for a consistency that is cooled but still fluid enough to pour and spread smoothly over the cheesecake, creating a beautiful, glossy, and even finish. If your ganache becomes too thick and stiff, a brief, gentle warming over a double boiler or in short bursts in the microwave can restore its pourable consistency. If it’s too thin, simply let it cool for a longer period.
- Achieving Clean Slices: For impeccably neat and attractive slices that are worthy of any pastry shop, use a long, sharp, thin-bladed knife. The secret trick is to dip the knife in very hot water and then wipe the blade completely clean and dry with a paper towel between each cut. This warms the blade, allowing it to glide effortlessly through the dense, creamy cheesecake and ganache without sticking or smearing.
- Personalize and Decorate with Flair: This recipe is a fantastic canvas for your culinary creativity. Beyond the classic chopped Twix topping and caramel drizzle, consider adding other delightful elements like a sprinkle of cocoa powder, mini chocolate chips, flaky sea salt, toasted coconut flakes, or a dollop of fresh whipped cream on each individual slice. These embellishments enhance both the visual appeal and the overall flavor profile, making your cheesecake truly unique.
How to Determine When Your Cheesecake is Perfectly Baked
Knowing exactly when your cheesecake has finished baking is crucial for achieving that perfect, creamy texture and to prevent the dreaded cracks. Here are the tell-tale signs to look for that indicate your cheesecake is perfectly done:
- Appearance of the Top: The surface of your cheesecake should appear slightly golden brown, particularly around the edges. The very center (a circle about 1-2 inches in diameter) should not look wet, glossy, or raw. It should transition from a liquid to a more solid, opaque appearance.
- The “Jiggle Test”: This is the most reliable indicator. Gently shake the springform pan. The edges of the cheesecake should be set and firm, while the center should have only a slight, subtle jiggle. It shouldn’t look like liquid or slosh around. This slight wobble indicates that the center will finish setting as it cools, resulting in a perfectly creamy, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
- Doneness vs. Overbaking: If the entire cheesecake is completely firm and doesn’t jiggle at all, it’s likely overbaked. Overbaking can lead to a dry, dense texture and is a primary cause of cracking. A slight wobble in the middle is precisely what you want for a truly exceptional cheesecake!

Mastering the Art of Cutting Cheesecake for Clean Slices
Presenting your beautiful Twix Cheesecake with clean, neat slices makes all the difference in presentation and enjoyment. The secret to achieving these picture-perfect slices lies in a combination of proper chilling and a simple yet effective cutting technique:
- Ensure Proper Chilling: This is a non-negotiable step! Your cheesecake must be thoroughly chilled, preferably overnight (at least 8 hours), to be firm enough for clean slicing. A warm or insufficiently chilled cheesecake will be messy, gooey, and incredibly difficult to cut into neat portions.
- The Hot Knife Method: Use a long, sharp, thin-bladed knife, ideally a chef’s knife or a slicing knife. Before each and every slice, dip the knife into a tall glass or pitcher of very hot water. Allow the blade to heat up for a few seconds. Then, wipe the blade completely clean and dry with a paper towel. This process warms the blade, allowing it to glide effortlessly through the dense, creamy cheesecake and firm chocolate ganache without sticking or dragging.
- Making the Cut: Press the warm, clean knife straight down through the cheesecake in one fluid motion. Do not saw back and forth, as this will create ragged edges and pull the layers. Once the slice is made, lift the knife straight up. Repeat the entire process for each subsequent slice: dip the knife in hot water, wipe it clean and dry, then slice. This meticulous approach will create perfectly defined, mouthwatering slices every time.
Troubleshooting: Why Did My Cheesecake Crack?
Cheesecake cracks can be disheartening after all your effort, but understanding their common causes can help you prevent them in future bakes. With a little knowledge, you can achieve a perfectly smooth top every time:
- Overbaking is a Major Factor: This is perhaps the most frequent cause of cracks. When a cheesecake bakes for too long, it dries out excessively, especially around the edges. As the edges dry, they shrink and pull away from the pan. Since the center sets last, it can crack under the tension created by the contracting edges. Always rely on the “jiggle test” rather than strictly adhering to baking time.
- Abrupt Temperature Changes: A sudden and drastic change in temperature can shock the delicate structure of a cheesecake, leading to unsightly cracks. Removing the hot cheesecake directly from the oven into a cold environment (like a cold countertop, or even worse, a cold refrigerator) causes it to contract too rapidly. To avoid this, allow your cheesecake to cool gradually. A great method is to turn off the oven, prop the door slightly ajar, and let the cheesecake cool inside the oven for about an hour before transferring it to a wire rack at room temperature.
- Overmixing the Batter: When you overmix cheesecake batter, especially after adding eggs, you incorporate too much air into the mixture. During baking, these trapped air bubbles expand. As the cheesecake cools and contracts, these expanded air pockets collapse, causing cracks on the surface. Mix the cream cheese and sugar until just smooth, and add eggs one at a time, mixing only until they are just combined and no streaks remain.
- Insufficient or Improper Cooling Time: Just as important as baking is the cooling process. If the cheesecake is not allowed to cool gradually at room temperature and then thoroughly chill in the refrigerator, its delicate structure can remain fragile. Rushing the cooling or chilling process can cause the cheesecake to contract too quickly and unevenly, leading to cracks. Be patient and allow the cheesecake to chill for at least 5 hours or, ideally, overnight, to fully set its structure.
Exploring Other Crust Options for Your Cheesecake
Yes, absolutely! The beauty and versatility of cheesecake mean that the crust is an excellent place to let your culinary creativity shine. While graham cracker crumbs provide a classic, perfectly balanced foundation, you are by no means limited to them. The sky is truly the limit when it comes to experimenting with different crust variations for this delicious dessert. Whether you opt for crushed shortbread cookies, spicy ginger snaps for a warm kick, chocolate wafers for an intense cocoa base, digestive biscuits, or even a blend of crushed nuts and butter (like pecans or almonds), your personal touch will undoubtedly make this cheesecake uniquely yours and utterly shine. Feel free to explore and discover your favorite combination – each option brings a different texture and flavor dimension to the finished dessert!

Making Twix Cheesecake Without a Springform Pan
No springform pan? No problem! You can certainly still create and enjoy this indulgent Twix Cheesecake, even without specialized equipment. While a springform pan makes removal incredibly easy and mess-free, a standard pie pan or even a regular round cake pan (9 or 10 inches) can be successfully used as a substitute. If using a regular pan, the trick is to line it meticulously with parchment paper that extends over the edges. This creates convenient “slings” or handles that allow you to lift the entire cheesecake out of the pan once it’s completely chilled and firm. Be aware that removing the cheesecake from these alternative pans will require a bit more care and attention than with a springform pan to ensure it stays intact and looks perfect. Alternatively, consider making it in individual ramekins for single servings, or as cheesecake bars in a square baking pan for easier serving without the need for delicate unmolding.
Delicious Topping Ideas for Your Twix Cheesecake
While the Twix Cheesecake is already a masterpiece of flavors and textures, adding extra toppings can elevate it further, offering more texture, intensified flavor, and enhanced visual appeal. Don’t be shy about customizing your dessert! Here are some fantastic ideas to take your Twix Cheesecake over the top:
- Extra Caramel Sauce Drizzle: A generous drizzle of additional caramel sauce over each slice or artfully across the entire cheesecake layer not only intensifies the rich caramel flavor but also adds a beautiful, glossy, and inviting finish. You can use your favorite store-bought sauce for convenience or whip up a homemade version for an extra special touch.
- Light and Airy Whipped Cream: A dollop of freshly whipped cream on top of each slice before serving adds a wonderful lightness and creamy contrast to the rich, dense cheesecake. You can lightly sweeten it with vanilla extract or a touch of powdered sugar for extra flavor.
- More Crushed Twix Bars: For an unmistakable declaration of “Twix love,” sprinkle additional crushed Twix candy bars generously over the chocolate ganache. This provides an exciting, crunchy texture and an extra burst of familiar Twix flavor in every single bite, making it even more indulgent.
- Crunchy Chopped Nuts: Introduce a delightful contrasting texture and a nutty depth of flavor by garnishing your cheesecake with finely chopped nuts. Almonds, pecans, or peanuts are classic choices that pair wonderfully with chocolate and caramel. Lightly toasting them beforehand in a dry pan or oven will enhance their aroma and taste profile significantly.
- A Hint of Flaky Sea Salt: For a sophisticated touch that beautifully balances the sweetness, a delicate sprinkle of flaky sea salt over the cheesecake (especially over the caramel or chocolate elements) creates an exquisite sweet and salty flavor profile, enhancing the overall indulgence and adding complexity.
- Elegant Chocolate Shavings or Curls: Use a vegetable peeler or a sharp knife to create elegant chocolate shavings or curls from a bar of good quality chocolate. Sprinkle these over the ganache for a professional, gourmet look that instantly elevates the dessert’s presentation.
- Fresh Berries for Brightness: For a delightful pop of color and a refreshing, slightly tart counterpoint, a few fresh raspberries, blueberries, or sliced strawberries can be a beautiful and delicious addition. They cut through the richness of the cheesecake beautifully.

This makes it an ideal dessert for feeding a crowd at your next family gathering, party, or special occasion, ensuring everyone gets a delightful slice of this indulgent treat. Absolutely! While this recipe celebrates the classic Twix, it’s incredibly versatile and adaptable to your preferences. You can easily substitute Twix with your favorite chocolate bar for a different flavor profile. Candy bars like Snickers (for peanuts and nougat), Butterfingers (for a crunchy peanut butter experience), Kit Kat, or even Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups would make fantastic additions, either chopped and folded into the filling or used as a delightful topping. Cornstarch acts as a crucial stabilizer in cheesecake recipes. It helps to bind the ingredients together, creating a smoother, creamier, and more luxurious texture. Additionally, it adds a subtle structural support that prevents the cheesecake from being too wobbly or cracking during the baking and cooling process. It works in conjunction with the eggs to ensure a perfectly set, sliceable, and wonderfully consistent dessert.

- Set a medium heat-safe bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (ensure the bowl bottom does not touch the water, or use a double boiler).
- Place the heavy cream and semisweet chocolate chips in the bowl. Stir often until the chocolate is melted and the ganache is smooth and glossy.
- Remove the bowl from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Set aside to cool and thicken for 60 to 90 minutes. The ganache should be fluid but spreadable.
Final Assembly and Serving
- Pour the cooled chocolate ganache evenly over the top of the cheesecake.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for several hours or, ideally, overnight, before removing the springform pan sides.
- Before serving, top with chopped Twix bars and drizzle with additional caramel sauce, if desired.
- To serve, carefully remove the springform pan sides. Cut into clean slices using a hot, wiped knife and serve with extra drizzled caramel sauce.
